# TessFlo Light Cleanup Agreement

“Trowins Pvt Ltd,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Trowins Pvt Ltd, the provider of TessFlo. “TessFlo” means the macOS dictation application provided by Trowins Pvt Ltd. “You” and “your” mean the person using TessFlo or the organization on whose behalf that person is authorized to act.

This agreement is between Trowins Pvt Ltd and you and supplements TessFlo's app terms for optional Light Cleanup using Gemma 2. Ordinary dictation with Parakeet v2 or Whisper does not require accepting this cleanup agreement.

## 1. Applicable agreements

Light Cleanup uses a locally installed, quantized Gemma 2 2B instruction model. By expressly accepting, you agree to Google's supplied Gemma Terms and policy. With Trowins Pvt Ltd, you also agree that section 3.2's restrictions, including the incorporated Prohibited Use Policy and applicable laws, bind your use and distribution of Gemma and its derivatives through Light Cleanup.

This summary does not replace them. Review their eligibility and organization-authority requirements. TessFlo's app terms do not override them.

## 2. Your responsibilities

Review cleanup results before use. Only process content for which you have the rights, authorizations and consents required by applicable law. Do not use Light Cleanup for prohibited activities. Acceptance does not excuse prohibited use.

The lawful-use and user-responsibility provisions in section 5 of TessFlo's Terms of Use also apply to Light Cleanup. Trowins Pvt Ltd does not authorize or endorse illegal use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for consequences to the extent caused by your unlawful use. This does not exclude responsibility imposed on us for our own acts or omissions, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 3. Choice and record

Declining leaves cleanup disabled; dictation remains available subject to your TessFlo entitlement. Already-installed cleanup models require acceptance before first use. The acceptance record is stored on this Mac, without recording speech content or automatically sending the decision to a model provider.

Material agreement changes or a newly selected model trigger review before subsequent cleanup use. Download retries and unchanged app launches do not. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
