Yes. Download the speech model and connect to the internet to start your 7-day trial with your first dictation. You can then dictate offline during the trial. Paid licenses require periodic internet verification. Optional Writing Cleanup needs a separate model download and also runs on your Mac.

Yes. Choose your preferred shortcut in TessFlo settings.

So TessFlo can paste your words into the app you’re using.

Open History in TessFlo to view and manage past dictations. Your history stays on your Mac.

No. After the 7-day free trial, TessFlo costs $13 once for continued use of the features included at purchase on compatible systems, subject to the license conditions. There is no recurring subscription for those features. Every future feature, major upgrade or separately priced service is not guaranteed to be included. Earlier purchase entitlements and statutory rights are preserved. Read the purchase terms.

Speech recognition and enabled Light Cleanup run locally on your Mac. TessFlo does not collect microphone recordings through normal app operation. We do not sell or rent your voice recordings or transcripts, or use them for AI-model training, advertising or profiling. Material you deliberately share with support is handled for that request and applicable legal obligations. Downloads, licensing, purchases and updates still use the internet.
